Essential Job Functions:

- Support BCCM RRP program to enable Nordea to have application remediation activities in place and progressing

- Prepare and facilitate meetings and communication for progress of remediation activities

- Update and report progress of remediation activities to relevant documents (COO and SATL decks) and Jira board

- Maintain and enhance good communication with business area representatives

- Monitor remediation activities progress

- Prepare funding requests for applications that require remediation activities

- Support increased number of applications to be monitored for remediation

Qualifications

- Experience: 6+ Years

- Good PowerPoint skills and basic skills using Excel as primary tools

- Experience managing smaller projects including ability to keep overview of larger portfolio of small projects and teams

- Secure progress in remediation activities, assist in handling delays and impediments and reporting for teams

- Ability to stay on top of deadlines and comprehensive communicative skills

- Make sure all inputs from various teams (both Nordea and Client) are delivered correctly and on time for COO/SATL report & meetings





- Relevant experience with Kanban boards and tools such as Jira beneficial

- Great stakeholder management as resource will have to engage with stakeholders across organization
