A Business Analyst for Working Capital at YES Bank evaluates small and medium enterprise (SME) client requirements and structures credit limits. [1]Key Responsibilities

- Credit Analysis: Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs), conduct deep financial analysis, and review cash flow patterns.

- Credit Structuring: Understand client financing needs and structure appropriate working capital limits.

- Process Execution: Coordinate post-disbursal processes, including legal checks, technical valuation reports (TSR), valuations, and audits.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Team Leaders (TLs) for timely execution and deal approvals.

- Risk & Compliance: Ensure total adherence to internal risk policies, regulatory compliance, and underwriting guidelines. [1]

Preferred Profile & Eligibility

- Domain Experience: Background in SME or Medium Enterprises (ME) banking and credit processes.

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA, or PGDM preferred.

- Core Skills: Robust grasp of financial statements, credit underwriting, and cash flow lending
