About The Job:

- Client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating business needs into actionable insights and solutions, supporting various operational and strategic initiatives.

- You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze data, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.

Essential Job Functions:

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and operational tracking.

- Advanced Data Manipulation: Utilize Advanced Excel knowledge to build complex models, dashboards, and perform sophisticated data manipulation.

- Scripting & Automation: Apply scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, or other relevant languages) to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

- Presentation & Communication: Prepare impactful slides and presentations to effectively communicate analytical findings, project updates, and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.

- Service Level Understanding: Possess a basic understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and their impact on business operations and performance metrics.





- Access Management Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Access Management processes to support system access, permissions, and security-related analytical tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization through data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-centric role.

- Demonstrated proficiency in scripting for data processing and automation.

- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA, and data visualization.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic understanding of SLA concepts and metrics.

- Excellent ability to prepare clear, concise, and compelling slides and presentations.

- Experience in generating and interpreting ad-hoc reports.

- Familiarity with Access Management processes is required.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.





- Work across time zone & is flexible Other Duties (as required)

- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides is an advantage.

Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
