Role Description The Business Analyst – Strategy & Operations will focus on improving business performance and operational efficiency across Crepdog Crew’s retail and online channels. This role involves gathering and analyzing data on sales, inventory, customer behavior, and processes, then developing insights and recommendations for management. The analyst will translate business needs into clear requirements, help design and refine workflows, and support implementation of new initiatives and tools.

Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as merchandising,



store operations, marketing, and finance), preparing reports and dashboards, and monitoring KPIs to track the impact of strategic decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, requiring close coordination with store and headquarters teams.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Experience defining and documenting Business Requirements and Business Processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands, ideally in fashion or streetwear, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Saket, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
