About thisrole:

This positionis ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of businessprocesses, data management, and technology enablement. You will helptranslate complex requirements into actionable solutions that improveefficiency and compliance.

KeyResponsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-driven and regulatory processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across client onboarding, data management, and reporting workflows.




- Define functional specifications, process flows, and integration requirements for enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to design solutions that enhance data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for system or process issues and drive remediation plans.
- Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews for new features or automation initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between client, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives.

RequiredQualifications:

- 68 years of experience in Business Analysis with exposure to data management, automation, or regulatory processes.
- Experience with entity resolution and master data management, data governance frameworks
- Positive understanding of KYC and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data requirements.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, integration patterns, and workflow tools.
- Hands-on experience with SQL or similar tools for data validation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
