About The Client

Saint-Gobain designs, manufactures, and distributes materials and solutions which are key ingredients for Mirror Glass Essential Job Functions:

- Analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs, document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to meet overall business strategies in line with agile methodologies.
- Support agile product teams in delivery of outcomes in capacity of scrum master. The focus will be on business as usual activities and medium to large transformation project interactions.

Business Analysis
- Gather clear requirements with focus on the addressing the business problem or opportunity.
- Provide sufficient analysis, insights and requirements so as to ensure stories can be understood, discussed and delivered.
- Rationalise, summarise and synthesise information gathered into a coherent requirements documents, feature descriptions, story maps and jira cards.
- Construct workflow charts and low fidelity wireframes to support delivery.
- Support the product owners and team leads in design of an appropriate solution.
- Confirm the solution meets requirements and negotiate agreement with product team and business.
- Support QA in identification of test scenarios for purpose of ensuring quality deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with business and product team stakeholders.
- Support product owner in conflict resolution and escalation of risks/issues where required.
- Checks and validates along the way that requirements satisfy known objectives and goals.

Qualifications:

- Tertiary level qualifications in IT, Business, Science, Engineering or Economics.
- Min. 5 years’ BA experience delivering digital solutions into large enterprise organisations.
- 3+ years experience in agile scrum master role in fast paced environment.




- Strong technical acumen and knowledge of digital development and customer web applications.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution experience.
- Business Analysis experience in PMI-PBA or equivalent.
- General SAP ERPs, ecommerce and websites desirable.
- Certification in Scrum Master and/or BA preferred.
