Key Responsibilities

- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external clients to discuss software requirement changes, feature requests, and recent system development goals.

- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and discussions with clients and internal operations to capture detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.

- Technical Translation: Translate complex healthcare TPA business processes (e.g., claims processing, enrollment, eligibility, prior authorization) into clear user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications for engineering teams.

- Backlog Management: Work closely with product managers and development leads to prioritize feature requests, change requests, and bug fixes in the backlog.

- System Testing & Validation: Validate that developed software features meet client specifications through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional verification.

- Documentation:



Maintain up-to-date documentation on system workflows, business logic, and API/integration requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a Healthcare TPA, Health Insurance, HealthTech domain or any other relevant experience.

- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of core healthcare workflow will be an added advantage.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical client stakeholders.

- Proficiency is using modern tools: Comfortable using modern teamwork methods and basic software tools to track tasks and keep projects organized.

- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to map out complex business processes, create flowchart diagrams, and identify edge cases early.
