About the Role

OX SoftwareS Private Limited is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our Product & Delivery team.

As a Business Analyst, you will work as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to understand requirements, document processes, analyze data, and support the delivery of effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Analyze business data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Participate in meetings and coordinate communication between business and technical teams.
- Document business processes and create process flowcharts.
- Assist with UAT, test cases, and documenting findings.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support project tracking, documentation, and delivery activities.
- Work closely with Product and Technical teams to support feature prioritization and solution development.

Requirements

- Any degree with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of business analysis and requirement documentation.
- Ability to create clear documentation and presentations.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.




- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Valuable data analysis and visualization skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and active listening skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced work environment.
