Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Japanese Language) to work on a full time basis. The role requires strong analytical ability and English comprehension, with the capacity to read, summarize, and break down large content into logical blocks. You will conduct online research, validate claims, and collaborate with large language models to solve analytical puzzles, directly contributing to model fine‑tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and summarize extensive documents in English and Japanese, converting them into structured, logical components.
- Perform online research to verify factual statements and provide evidence‑based annotations.
- Design and answer analytical questions that create training scenarios for large language models.
- Provide detailed feedback and corrective explanations to improve model responses on topics such as sales distribution trends and logical sequencing puzzles.
- Communicate findings and annotations clearly to internal teams, ensuring reproducibility of the research process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Multilingual capability in English and Japanese is mandatory for all written and verbal tasks.
- Demonstrated analytical and research skills, including the ability to break down complex data sets and identify meaningful patterns.
- Experience providing constructive feedback and detailed annotations to guide model learning.
