•Gathering, consolidating, and analyzing various organization data as per the defined matrix.

•Providing data support to user departments and stakeholders as per the inputs and schedules.

•Interact and coordinate with IT for HIS and related data requirements

•Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders with administrators, HODs for regular operational requirements.

•Delivering written and verbal presentations to an organization’s leadership to communicate key findings and updates on business process adjustments.

•Conducting in-depth data analysis, using spreadsheets or more specialized tools such as project management software and traceability solutions.

•Periodically reviewing the progress of any recommended and implemented changes to see if they’re still on track, and repeating the above steps as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

•Coordination and support CEO / COO with data insights, analysis for decision making

•Good verbal and written communication skills.

•Ability to work independently and with team

•Able to effectively prioritize and work on multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines and demonstrate excellent time management skills and efficiency.

•Must be proficient in advanced Ms-excel, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle SQL and other analytical tools
