Business Analyst - SaaS

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the US and manufacturing domain and SaaS platforms . The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, healthcare customers, product teams, and engineering teams to define requirements, improve workflows, and drive successful product delivery.

This role requires strong analytical skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and experience working with cloud-based SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimization.

Product & Solution Management
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Review product functionality and validate business requirements during testing.

Manufacturing Domain Analysis
- Understand workflows, operational processes, and decision-making requirements.
- Analyze data, reporting needs, and business performance metrics.
- Collaborate with customers to identify challenges and define solution requirements.




- Support implementation and adoption of technology solutions.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between customers, business teams, and technical teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and requirements discussions.
- Prepare business process documentation, reports, presentations, and user guides.
- Support pre-sales and customer success initiatives when required.

Required Qualifications
- 3 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Experience working with SaaS-based products and platforms.
- Strong understanding of the US, Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
