Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a young, dynamic MBA graduate, preferably with a major in Finance, to work directly with the CEO on strategic, financial, operational, M&A; initiatives and special initiatives. The role is designed for someone who can think analytically, execute with precision, and thrive in a quick-paced, evolving environment.

The individual will serve as a Business Analyst in the CEO’s Office, acting as a strategic support partner and analytical backbone to the CEO. This includes helping drive high-impact critical projects, building financial dashboards and models for potential prospects, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who is financially astute, analytically robust, and eager to gain cross- functional exposure in the MedTech sector, working at the intersection of strategy, finance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiative, financial reviews, and high-priority projects.
2. Conduct financial analysis and prepare dashboards/models on potential acquisition or partnership prospects.
3. Partner with Big Four consultants and other external partners on growth, transformation, and due diligence initiatives.
4. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, financial dashboards, and analyses for leadership reviews, board updates, and external engagements.
5.



Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, R&D;, design, and Finance.
6. Coordinate with universities and academic institutions for partnerships in design, biomedical engineering, and industrial innovation.
7. Act as a liaison between the CEO and leadership team, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution of critical tasks.
8. Support ad-hoc assignments and special projects, bringing structure and analytical rigor to ambiguous problems.
9. Assist with strategic marketing and communication initiatives, including CEO presentations and thought-leadership activities.

Candidate Profile

1. Education: BE & MBA with a major in Finance; specialization in Healthcare, Biotech,Pharma, Biomedical, or relateddomains is desirable (Institutes such as PUMBA,NMIMS, TISS, or similar).
2. Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in finance, Medical Device (Mandate), business analysis, M&A; support, consulting, marketing, strategicoperations within healthcare/biotech or related industries.
3. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel; exposure to data analysis and report building. financial modelling, dashboardcreation, projections, and valuation analysis.
4. Domain Knowledge: Background in biomedical engineering/healthcare/MedTech is an added advantage
