In this position, you support, analyze, and continuously improve finance processes across business area Mining and the sales areas. You re the connector between business needs, everyday users, and tech teams.

Responsibilities

- Design, document, and continuously improve finance processes together with key stakeholders

- Define transparent end-to-end workflows, roles, making sure everything fits together across teams

- Ensure finance ways of working comply with policies, guidelines, and internal controls

- Drive continuous improvement through change implementation, training, and ongoing process support

Location and flexibility

You re based in Stockholm, Dublin, Tampere or Pune, with a hybrid setup that supports flexible, partly remote work.

Your background includes

- Education or practical experience in accounting or finance

- Experience working with general accounting processes across organizations

- Process excellence training, such as LEAN or Six Sigma

- Professional working proficiency in English
