Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to understand business requirements, document processes, analyze data, and support the delivery of effective technology solutions.

This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and understand business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.




- Convert business requirements into explicit and actionable requirements for development teams.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and other teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Participate in requirement discussions, meetings, product demonstrations, and client interactions.
- Create process flows, use cases, and functional specifications as required.
- Assist in preparing test scenarios and validating developed features against business requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders for feedback and sign-off.
- Analyze existing product features and suggest improvements based on business requirements and user feedback.
- Track requirements, changes, issues, and project updates.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client discussions.
- Maintain accurate and organized project and requirement documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
