Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (French Language) to work on a full-time basis. The position requires sharp analytical ability and English comprehension, combined with native or professional fluency in French. You will analyze complex documents, verify factual claims, and work directly with large language models to solve business and analytical puzzles, contributing to state-of-the-art AI fine-tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, summarize, and decompose comprehensive French and English business texts into structured logical components.
- Conduct online research across reputable sources to validate claims, statistics, and localized context.
- Formulate challenging analytical questions, financial/market scenarios, and logic puzzles for LLM training.
- Deliver rigorous annotations and corrective feedback on model-generated French responses to improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers to track model error patterns and update evaluation guidelines.




- Maintain explicit and structured documentation to ensure reproducibility of findings and evaluations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Fluent or native proficiency in French with strong professional English reading and writing abilities.
- Demonstrated analytical, business research, or data evaluation experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle factual discrepancies and linguistic nuances.
- Familiarity with AI workflows, prompt design, translation verification, or data annotation is preferred.
- Outstanding written communication and reporting capabilities in both French and English.
