Job Title: Business Analyst/ Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Define acceptance criteria and support UAT and requirement validation.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Analyze data using SQL and support API/system integrations.




- Manage change requests, clarify requirements, and support defect resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
- Solid Requirement Gathering & Analysis skills.
- Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, UAT, and SDLC.
- Strong Stakeholder & Client Management skills.
- Good knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- E-commerce , ERP, DMS experience preferred
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence is a plus.
