We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects. The candidate will collaborate with clients, project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into transparent functional requirements and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.

Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain

Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

System Requirement Documents (SRD)

Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)

Create User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and User Journey Maps.

Develop Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Process Flow Diagrams, Wireframes, and Workflow Diagrams.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define user experiences, application workflows, and functional requirements.





Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including:

Sprint Planning

Daily Stand-ups

Sprint Reviews

Sprint Retrospectives

Assist in preparing test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation.

Support the validation of implemented solutions against approved requirements.

Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new features and change requests.

Track project requirements and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare project documentation, Meeting Minutes (MoM), and project status reports.

Ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives, project requirements, and customer expectations.

Eligibility

1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Software Development or a related field.

Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and software development processes.

Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Freshers with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Selected freshers will be required to sign a minimum 2-year employment agreement with the company.
