Medinex Workforce is offering a Business Analyst Internship for freshers and entry-level candidates who want to develop practical experience in business analysis, reporting, requirement gathering, process documentation, and data-driven decision support.

This internship provides exposure to how business requirements are understood, organized, documented, and translated into actionable information for project and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Organize information received from different business and project stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and business documentation.
- Analyze business data using Excel and basic SQL.
- Support the preparation of dashboards, presentations, and performance reports.
- Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities from available business information.
- Help document existing and proposed business processes.
- Assist in creating process flows, requirement notes, and project documentation.
- Track assigned business-analysis activities and follow-ups.
- Support team members in preparing data for business reviews.
- Participate in discussions related to project requirements and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
