Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

1.Reach out to SMEs across Technology Services to schedule interviews and workshops.

2.Navigate challenging conversations with tact and persistence to extract process insights.

3.Build trust and rapport with stakeholders who may be time-constrained or hesitant.

Process Analysis & Optimization:

1.Conduct in-depth interviews and document end-to-end processes using ARIS and

BPMN standards.

2.Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify inefficiencies, blockers, and improvement areas

3.Analyze process data (e.g., man-hours, cycle time, effort elapsed) using tools like

Excel/Power BI.

Automation Opportunity Identification

1.Evaluate processes for automation potential and document challenges and blockers.

2.Use analytical techniques (e.g., Pareto analysis, standard deviation) to support findings.

3.Collaborate with the Hyperautomation team to build ROI-driven business use cases.

Business Case Development

1.Rapidly gather data from multiple sources and stakeholders

2.Leverage prompts, available tools, and stakeholder inputs to efficiently draft business use cases, applying practical judgment to structure content thoughtfully,

validate information, and ensure clarity and completeness - not just compile, but critically assess and refine for impact

3.Present findings in transparent, concise formats using PowerPoint and Excel.

Tracking & Documentation:

1.Maintain and update GitLab trackers to monitor issue resolution and team progress

2.Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate,



and aligned with ITIL and Banking standards.

5.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines

6.Familiarity with ITIL, infrastructure services, and technology operations.

7.Experience using GitLab or similar tools for issue tracking.

8.A go-getter and proactive attitude with resilience in navigating complex stakeholder environments.

9.Ability to think critically and challenge assumptions.

10.Comfortable using AI tools like Copilot to accelerate documentation and analysis.
