Data Eminence is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze processes, identify gaps, and help develop solutions that improve business performance and efficiency.

You will collaborate with product, technology, operations, marketing, and management teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear and actionable documentation. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyzing business processes and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities

- Creating process flows, diagrams, and requirement documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or a relevant internship
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business processes and requirement-gathering techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
- Basic understanding of data analysis and business metrics
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is beneficial
