Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement workshops with business users and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage product backlog and support sprint planning activities.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support UAT activities and ensure successful implementation.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage requirement changes.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Robust knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirement elicitation and documentation.




- Hands-on experience in user story creation and backlog management.
- Good understanding of SDLC and project delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications and process documentation.

Mandatory Domain Experience

- Automobile Industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Understanding of automobile sales, service, spare parts, warranty, inventory, dealer operations, and related business processes.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to create wireframes, workflows, and business process diagrams
