Overall 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst
· 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Requirements Engineer in the financial sector,
· Experience working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
· Experience in compliance and/or a working knowledge of SWIFT, payments processing systems and/or reference data considered a big plus,
· Experience of the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, writing specifications / business requirement documents, defining data interfaces, supporting development / test teams to understand the requirements and support User Acceptance Testing,
· Understanding of the ETL process and its application to business data including data specifications and mapping data from source to target systems,
· Experience in analyzing data, drawing conclusions and presenting to stakeholders including highlighting data outliers and inconsistencies and proposing solutions to remediate these problems,
· You are a self-motivated problem solver with an outgoing personality and have the desire to balance priorities and tasks in a hectic environment,
ready to handle fast paced and sophisticated project delivery,
· Hardworking, analytical and outgoing, with a desire to learn and use new technologies.
· Strong delivery-oriented approach with an emphasis on quality,
· Open, transparent communication style. Experience of working in an agile environment considered a plus,
