Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Acquisitions &

- Divestitures (A&D;) to support complex business transformation initiatives during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational restructuring programs. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, program teams, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful integration and separation of business processes, applications, data, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis &

Requirements Management

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for acquisition and divestiture initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and user stories.
- Perform gap analysis between current and target-state business processes.

Acquisition &

- Divestiture Support
- Support end-to-end acquisition integration and divestiture separation activities.
- Assess impacts across business processes, applications, infrastructure, data, and operations.
- Define Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) requirements and ensure proper execution.
- Coordinate with business and IT workstreams during integration and separation planning.

Process &

- Data Analysis
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities during integration or separation.
- Support data migration, data validation, and data reconciliation activities.
- Create process maps, dependency assessments, and impact assessments.

Stakeholder Management





- Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, solution architects, and external vendors.
- Facilitate decision-making workshops and requirement review sessions.
- Provide regular updates to program leadership and stakeholders.

Project Support

- Support project planning, risk assessment, issue management, and change management activities.
- Track requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect management.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Acquisitions, Divestitures, Mergers, and Business Integration projects.
- Expertise in business process analysis and process mapping.
- Solid requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management across multiple business functions.
- Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and separation strategies.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of TSA management and carve-out processes.
- Experience working in large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
- Understanding of finance, HR, supply chain, and enterprise application landscapes.
