About The Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

The Business

Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes and data, and ensuring technology solutions align with organizational and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.




- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) by analyzing business processes, data, workflows, and stakeholder needs.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, product teams, and other cross-functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into explicit and actionable functional requirements for technology teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Develop process flows, workflows, use cases, and other business analysis documentation as required.
- Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential improvements during the requirement and implementation lifecycle.
