Job Title: Business Analyst - Supply Chain Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to drive business transformation, process optimization, and technology initiatives across supply chain functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise in procurement, inventory management, demand planning, warehouse management, logistics, and order fulfillment, along with excellent stakeholder management and business analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis &

Requirements Gathering

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

Supply Chain Process Optimization

- Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Support initiatives across Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Distribution.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
- Develop future-state process models and operational workflows.

Project Delivery &

- Implementation
- Support SCM transformation and digitalization projects.
- Partner with IT, solution architects, and business teams during design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and business impacts.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities.

Data Analysis &

- Reporting
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and operational metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for management decision-making.
- Support master data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks,



and improvement opportunities using data analytics.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across supply chain teams.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge of:

o Procurement &

- Source-to-Pay (S2P)

o Inventory Management o Demand &

- Supply Planning o Warehouse Management (WMS)

o Logistics &

- Transportation Management o Order Management &
- Fulfillment
- Expertise in business process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Solid requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Experience with ERP platforms such as:

o SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC o Oracle SCM Cloud o Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM

- Familiarity with:

o SAP IBP o SAP EWM o SAP TM o Blue Yonder o Kinaxis

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, and Power BI.
- Understanding of data integration and reporting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSCP, CPIM, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience in global supply chain transformation programs is a plus.
