Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst with solid experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics using BI tools.

Create insightful management reports and executive-level presentations.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.

Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reports.

Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking activities.

Facilitate UAT, requirement validation, and solution implementation.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.





Expertise in data analysis and reporting.

Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).

Strong knowledge of business process mapping and requirement gathering.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP, CRM, ERP, or enterprise applications.

Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytics tools.

Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Power BI certification.

Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks.
