Role & responsibilities :

- Handle customer queries and requests through international voice calls, chat, email, or other non-voice channels, depending on the assigned process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Communicate effectively with international customers in a professional manner.
- Follow defined process guidelines, SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Document and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and other process-related targets.
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Undergraduate freshers can apply.
- Graduate freshers are also eligible.
- Candidates with prior experience in BPO, international voice process, customer support, chat support, or international customer service will have an added advantage.
- Candidates should have good spoken and written English.
- Should be confident while communicating with international customers.
- Should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.




- Candidates should be customer-oriented, qualified, and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods may be preferred depending on the process.

Salary & Perks:

- Starting Salary: 19,000 In-Hand per month.
- Maximum Salary: Up to 39,500 In-Hand per month, depending on experience, communication skills, process, and interview performance.
