Position - BTL Marketing Executive

Location -Sector 90, Noida

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with 3–5 years of experience in Below The Line (BTL) Marketing, Brand Activations, and Integrated Campaign Management. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing on-ground marketing initiatives, brand promotions, experiential campaigns, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, on-ground activations, kiosk setups, and promotional events.

* Manage 360° integrated campaigns across offline, digital, and experiential platforms.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and partners for seamless campaign execution.

* Drive customer engagement initiatives through activations at airports, retail spaces, events, and public platforms.

* Handle media planning and branding activities including OOH campaigns and promotional placements.





* Develop cutting-edge ideas and marketing concepts aligned with brand objectives.

* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights for optimization.

* Support partnerships and alliance marketing initiatives with external brands and institutions.

* Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure ROI-driven execution.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content, branding, and communication consistency.
