Responsibilities

- Plan and execute BTL activities such as events, exhibitions, activations, promotions, mall activities, roadshows, and corporate tie-ups.

- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other external partners for campaign execution.

- Identify and evaluate potential locations, partners, and opportunities for brand activations.

- Ensure timely execution of campaigns while maintaining brand standards and quality.

- Manage on-ground teams and coordinate manpower requirements for activations.

- Track campaign performance, leads generated, customer engagement, and overall ROI.

- Prepare activity reports, budgets, and post-campaign performance reports.

- Manage promotional materials, branding assets, merchandise, and other campaign requirements.

- Coordinate with Sales and other internal teams to align BTL activities with business objectives.

- Conduct market visits and competitor checks to identify current activation opportunities.





- Ensure all activities are executed within approved budgets and timelines.

What Were Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, brand activation, or field marketing.

- Strong coordination and vendor management skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under tight timelines.

- Strong execution and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel and work on-ground as required.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools
