BTL Operations ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organized BTL Operations Executive to manage on-ground activations, events, brand promotions, and campaign execution. The role involves vendor coordination, manpower management, permissions, logistics, and ensuring smooth execution at client locations.

Key Responsibilities• Plan and execute BTL activities, brand activations, events, and promotions.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, promoters, and internal teams.
- Manage on-ground manpower, promoters, supervisors, and field staff.
- Handle event logistics, material movement, setup, dismantling, and transportation.
- Coordinate for required permissions and local arrangements.
- Conduct site visits and ensure proper execution as per client requirements.
- Monitor campaign execution and resolve on-ground issues.
- Maintain execution reports, photographs, attendance, and other campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with Creative, Production, and Sales teams for timely execution.
- Ensure activities are completed within timelines and approved budgets.




- Travel to different locations/sites as required for campaign execution.

Required Skills• 1–5 years of experience in BTL, Events, Activations, Brand Promotions, or On-ground Operations.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good vendor and manpower management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and deadline-oriented.

PreferredCandidates with experience in corporate events, brand activations, retail activations, roadshows, mall activities, and national-level campaigns will be preferred.

Work ScheduleWorking Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (45 min Lunch break)
