Most strategy jobs are deck jobs. Someone hands you a template, you fill it, a senior presents it, and you never find out if it moved anything. Nine months later you have a portfolio of slides and no proof.

This one runs differently. Last quarter a wellness client needed 30 reel scripts against a locked art direction and a compliance list that banned every health claim. The strategist who owned that brief wrote it, sat on the shoot, and answered the client on the call. That is the shape of the work here.

Mask360 is a 360 agency across India and the UAE, nine years in, working with luxury and premium brands across beauty, wellness, hospitality, real estate and jewellery. The strategy team is current. Pods led by brand strategists, with equity.



You are early enough that the seat above you does not exist yet.

What you own

Client briefs from input to output. Content strategy, scripts, campaign thinking, creator briefs. You are on the client group and on the call. You write, you present, you defend the work.

What comes to the founder

Commercials, scope changes, client escalations, final creative approval. Everything else is yours to run.

The bar

Category knowledge is teachable. Applying basic logic and bothering to check your own work is the thing we screen for. We use AI here and we are open about where. We want a clear line on where it is used and where it is not, and work that reads like a person wrote it.

The reality

Six day week. Two work from home days a week, your choice of which. You bring your own working laptop from day one.
