Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic People &

- Culture Intern – Recruitment to join our People &
- Culture team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to talent acquisition and broader people practices while working closely with recruiters, employees, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions.

- Understand hiring requirements and assist in preparing and publishing job descriptions.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other relevant channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.

- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.

- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining engagement activities.

- Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.





- Prepare recruitment reports and basic hiring MIS for the People &
- Culture team.

- Support recruitment drives, employee engagement activities, and other People &

- Culture initiatives.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely hiring.

- Assist the People &

- Culture team with other HR initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
