We are hiring Brand Strategy & Creative Lead for one of our clients.

Job Title : Brand Strategy & Creative Lead

Experience : 3-8 Years

Industry : Real Estate / Branding / Marketing / Advertising

Location : Hyderabad

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic professional to build and strengthen the SIA Properties brand from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have strong branding, communication, creative strategy, campaign planning, and brand management skills, with the ability to work closely with founders and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and strengthen the SIA Properties brand positioning.
- Create and maintain brand messaging and communication standards.
- Work closely with founders on brand strategy and storytelling.
- Guide designers, content creators, and external creative agencies.
- Review and approve brochures, presentations, hoardings, social media creatives, and branding materials.
- Develop creative concepts for project launches and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency across all branding and communication channels.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, printers, and marketing vendors.
- Build and maintain brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Robust understanding of branding and consumer perception.
- Strong creative thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to convert ideas into effective marketing concepts.
- Experience working with designers and creative teams.
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

- Candidates with 3 - 8 years of experience in branding, marketing, advertising, creative strategy, or related fields are preferred.
- Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have strong communication, creative, and brand management skills.
- Candidates who can work independently and closely with founders are preferred.
