Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.

- Support the expansion and scaling of the company's B2B business.

- Research markets, competitors, and growth opportunities to identify new revenue streams.

- Develop and execute growth strategies across sales, marketing, and business development.

- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance decision making.

- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.

- Create reports, presentations, and business insights to support strategic decisions.

- Build and optimize processes that improve operational efficiency.

- Take ownership of high-impact projects and independently drive them to completion.

- Contribute to brand-building initiatives and help establish a robust market presence.

Ideal Candidate

- 2–5 years of experience in a Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Growth, Consulting, or a similar high-impact role.





- Strong understanding of B2B business models and scaling strategies.

- Good exposure to sales, marketing, business development, and growth initiatives.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms to improve efficiency.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
