Job Title: Brand Associate/ Senior Brand Associate

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Brand Associate to support the growth and day-to-day brand activities of our F&B; brands.

The role will support brand campaigns, outlet marketing, social media, events, collaborations, customer engagement, and on-ground activations . The ideal candidate should understand the restaurant business, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working closely with Operations, Creative, Digital Marketing, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Assist in maintaining monthly brand and marketing calendars.
- Coordinate with creative and digital teams for social media content, campaigns, shoots, and promotions.
- Support outlet-level marketing activities to increase footfall, customer engagement, and sales.
- Coordinate with influencers, food bloggers, media partners, and brand collaborators.
- Assist in planning and executing events, launches, seasonal campaigns, and special promotions.
- Visit outlets regularly to ensure proper implementation of brand communication and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns at outlet level.
- Support new outlet launches and local-area marketing activities.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new F&B; marketing trends and opportunities.
- Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and social media interactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, printers, agencies, and other marketing partners.




- Ensure all brand communication and promotional materials follow the approved brand guidelines.
- Track campaign execution, footfall, engagement, and other relevant marketing metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports and campaign trackers.
- Assist in managing marketing materials, promotional assets, and outlet branding requirements.
- Support the Brand Manager in day-to-day brand management and special projects.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of F&B;, restaurant, and consumer brands.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking with strong execution ability.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Google, and basic marketing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to outlets and work during events or activations when required.
- Passion for food, restaurants, hospitality, and brand building.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing, F&B;, Hospitality, Restaurants, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Prior experience in F&B;/Restaurant marketing is preferred.
- Candidates with strong on-ground marketing and campaign execution experience will be preferred.
