About the role
Pet Point India runs two brands — Nootie, a D2C pet nutrition brand, and The Pet Point, a vet-first retail chain across Delhi NCR and Chandigarh. We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to own brand strategy and marketing performance across both, and to lead our marketing team day to day. This is a senior, ownership-first role — not a content execution seat.
What you'll own
- Brand strategy & positioning — set and protect brand guidelines, tone, and positioning across Nootie and The Pet Point
- Marketing P&L; — own the marketing budget, CAC/ROAS targets, and channel mix (paid + organic); report performance monthly to the founder
- Performance marketing — own outcomes from our D2C growth agency (Loopgro) — paid, retention, email/WhatsApp — moving it from founder-oversight to owned accountability
- Amazon & Quick Commerce strategy — set pricing, launch,
and growth strategy across marketplaces; our internal team executes, you set the targets
- Team management — manage the marketing/content team directly, turn founder vision into an executable roadmap, run weekly reviews against KRAs
- Brand partnerships — own brand-to-brand collabs, CSR, and cold outreach end to end
- New launches — run go-to-market for recent SKUs and categories start to finish
- Market intelligence — track category trends, competitor moves, and pricing on an ongoing basis
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years in brand or marketing management, ideally in D2C, FMCG, or a consumer category
- Proven ownership of a marketing budget and measurable growth outcomes (not just campaign execution)
- Comfortable managing a small creative/content team
- Strong with numbers — CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, channel-level P&L;
- Pet category experience is a plus, not a requirement
