Star World General Trading Co. W.L.L. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our 2 Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, leading the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory control, and achieving branch profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve branch sales and collection targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and branch productivity.
- Ensure effective customer follow-up and relationship management.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, merchandising, and showroom standards.
- Oversee ERP operations, reporting, billing, and branch compliance.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, branch management, or sales leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Positive knowledge of IT products, laptops, accessories, and consumer electronics.
- Experience in sales analysis, KPI management, and operational reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Core Expectation from the Branch Manager The Branch Manager is expected to take complete ownership of branch performance by:

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
