Role Description The Branch Service Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. The individual in this role will oversee branch service operations, including coordinating installation, maintenance, and after-sales service for Fans, Pumps and appliances

.

Responsibilities include managing service teams, scheduling and monitoring field activities, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and maintaining service quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with sales, logistics, and technical teams to support branch performance, prepare service reports, track key service metrics, and ensure compliance with company processes.





The Branch Service

Incharge will also handle customer communication, escalate complex technical problems when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement of service practices at the branch.

Qualifications

- Strong branch operations and service management skills, including team supervision, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in after-sales service, customer support, and complaint resolution, preferably in lighting, electrical, or industrial products.
- Technical understanding of lighting products, luminaires, and related installations, with the ability to interpret basic technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and service management software for reporting, scheduling, and data tracking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on service quality.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, electrical, electronics, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience in a branch service role will be highly valued.
- Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada, travel locally for field visits as required, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
