Responsibilities

- Processing of disbursement of small ticket < 20 lakh secured against Residential or Commercial property.

- The coverage will be in Tier II and Tier III locations around Mumbai.

- Role involves verification of post approval documentation as per SOP.

- Ensuring error free processing of disbursement.

- Should be fully conversant with KYC guidelines and regulatory changes related to KYC.

- Understanding of NACH and E-NACH registration process.

- Understanding of Loan originating system and Loan Management system.

- Understanding of local property documentation and stamping requirements as per state law.

- Responsible for storage of files and property documents till the time it is not sent to CPU or storage vendor.

- Responsible for Periodic training to Sales and credit team on documentation requirement and disbursement SOP, E-NACH.

- Liasoning with CPU team for disbursement payment.

- Attending walk in customers and attending their requests.





- Follow up with Sales and credit team for Deferral clearance and pen ding documentation.

- Attending to queries of internal and external auditors.

- Managing title search and valuers and coordinating for reports

- Managing payments for these vendors through technology

- Should be conversant with the process of e Sign, e Stamp, e NACH etc.

- Creating mortgages through easy or registered mortgage

- Conversant with CERSAI and CKYC requirement

- Maintaining checklists and MIS as per requirement

- Coordinating with central unit on customer services and deliveries
