We are looking for a Manager – TSG to lead breakdown maintenance and ensure high equipment reliability and minimum downtime across our cafes. The role will be responsible for troubleshooting, team coordination, safety compliance and timely resolution of critical maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor breakdown maintenance across cafes to ensure timely resolution and minimum downtime.
- Supervise and guide maintenance teams during critical breakdowns and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Diagnose equipment failures, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment reliability and identify opportunities to reduce recurring breakdowns.
- Oversee electrical and fire safety maintenance and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely repairs, approvals and closure of critical issues.
- Coordinate with TSG Accounts for approvals and payments related to critical breakdowns.
- Maintain breakdown records and prepare reports on downtime,
recurring issues, RCA and closure status.
- Ensure completion of daily/weekly maintenance checks and accuracy of engineering data.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency and equipment uptime.

Education & Experience
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline
- Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience in breakdown maintenance, facility/engineering maintenance or equipment maintenance.
- Experience in retail, F&B;, hospitality, QSR or multi-location operations will be an advantage.
