We are looking for proactive and motivated candidates to join our Nidhi Company for Branch Manager (BM), Assistant Branch Manager (ABM), Business Development Manager (BDM), and Relationship Manager (RM) positions.

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing branch operations, customer relationships, business development, deposit mobilization, and field activities.



Key responsibilities include member enrolment, acquiring new customers, promoting financial products such as Savings, RD, DRD, FD, and MIS, and achieving assigned business targets.

For Branch Manager (BM) and Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) roles, responsibilities include supervising branch staff, managing daily branch operations, maintaining records and reports, supporting loan processing and disbursement, following up on loan repayments and recoveries, ensuring KYC and policy compliance, supporting audits, and training and guiding team members.

For Business Development Manager (BDM) and Relationship Manager (RM)roles, responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting regular market and field visits, promoting company products and services, building strong relationships with customers and members, ensuring renewals and retention, monitoring competitor activities, achieving business targets, and submitting periodic performance reports.
