We are inviting applications from experienced professionals for the position of Branch Head with a strong background in Equity Broking and Financial Distribution Products.
The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in driving branch profitability, leading high-performing teams, developing HNI and corporate relationships, and managing business across Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
Key Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Equity Broking / Financial Services
- Robust exposure to Mutual Funds, Insurance and PMS
- Proven experience in branch leadership, sales and business development
- Strong HNI / Corporate client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Sound understanding of branch operations, risk management and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management capabilities
