Products: Home Loans (HL) | Loan Against Property (LAP) | Micro Loans (ML) Experience: 6+ Years in Secured Lending / Retail Lending Industry: NBFC / Banking / Financial Services Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to manage branch business operations, drive secured lending sales, ensure portfolio quality, and lead the branch team. Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch business and day-to-day operations.
- Drive business growth for HL, LAP and ML products.
- Achieve branch-level disbursement, sourcing and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the Sales & Credit team.
- Generate business through DSAs, connectors, direct sourcing and
- market activities.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure quality sourcing and maintain portfolio quality.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collections and other internal teams for smooth processing.
- Monitor branch performance,



productivity and TAT.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor delinquency and support the collections team in maintaining asset quality.

Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of experience in Branch Management / Sales in secured lending.
- Relevant experience in HL / LAP / ML preferred.
- Experience in NBFCs, Banks or Housing Finance Companies.
- Strong knowledge of local market and customer segments.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets.
- Strong team-handling, communication and leadership skills.
- Should be comfortable with field activities and branch-level business development.
