Role & responsibilities

- Lead branch staff

- Set targets and monitor individual productivity

- Train team on sales, compliance, and customer handling

- Ensure discipline and daily operational efficiency

Functional Responsibilities

- Achieve branch AUM, revenue, and disbursement targets

- Manage end-to-end gold loan lifecycle

- Ensure accurate gold appraisal and secure custody

- Maintain RBI-compliant documentation and processes

- Track collections, overdues, and auction pipeline

- Maintain audit readiness (cash, gold, CCTV checks)

- Drive local marketing and sourcing
