ADMISSION COUNSELLOR - INTERNSHIP

Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and people-oriented female intern to join our team as an Admission Counsellor Intern. The internship is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with students and parents and wants to develop practical skills in counselling, communication, follow-up, and admissions.

Internship Details

Internship Duration: As per the agreed internship period

Working Hours: 4 hours per day

Working Time: Any 4 hours between 12:30 PM and 6:30 PM

Flexibility: Suitable for college students who can work after college hours

Candidate Requirement: Female candidates only

Languages: Fluent in Kannada and English

Stipend: Rs 6,000 per month (in-hand)

Certificate: Internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students and parents through outbound calls, follow-ups, and outreach activities.

Understand student and parent requirements and provide clear information about programs and admissions.

Handle enquiries professionally through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and admission activities.

Follow up consistently with prospective families and support them throughout the admission process.





Work with the Sales and Admissions Team to support lead conversion and outreach initiatives.

Work towards assigned counselling and follow-up targets while maintaining good customer service.

What We are Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.

Confident and positive approach while interacting with parents and students.

Strong convincing, counselling, and relationship-building abilities.

Good follow-up skills and a result-oriented mindset.

Comfortable making calls and engaging with recent people.

Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records.

Freshers and college students are welcome to apply.
