Key Responsibilities
- Cold call owner-operators and trucking companies across the USA
- Explain our truck dispatch services and business benefits
- Generate leads and identify potential clients
- Build strong relationships with truck owners and fleet operators
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Convert prospects into paying clients
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
- Work closely with dispatch operations for client onboarding
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent spoken English
- Experience in International Sales / US Sales / Truck Dispatch Sales preferred
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills can apply
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
