Affinity Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and confident BPO Trainer who can effectively train and prepare fresher candidates for the calling process.

? Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi

? Experience: 1–2 Years as a BPO Trainer

? Qualification: Graduation

? Salary: As per Candidate Profile & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for freshers and new joiners

• Explain process, product and customer handling techniques

• Develop communication and calling skills

• Conduct mock calls, role plays and assessments

• Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback

• Identify training gaps and provide appropriate coaching

• Coordinate with the Operations and Quality teams

Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

• Strong Training & Coaching Ability

• Positive BPO/Calling Process Knowledge

• Ability to motivate and engage freshers

• Good Team Handling Skills
