We are looking for an experienced BPM Lead with a strong technical background in .NET and hands-on experience in Business Process Management. The candidate will be responsible for leading BPM development initiatives, designing scalable solutions, and providing technical leadership to the development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of BPM solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design and optimize business workflows and process automation.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to BPM developers.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define solutions.

- Develop and integrate BPM applications with enterprise systems and APIs.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.

- Ensure solutions follow coding, security, performance, and architectural standards.

- Conduct code reviews and support technical quality improvements.

- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

- Coordinate with multiple teams for implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Participate in effort estimation, technical design, and project planning.

Required Skills





- 810 years of overall IT experience with strong BPM experience.

- Strong experience in BPM / Business Process Management.

- Strong .NET / C# development background.

- Good knowledge of SQL Server / relational databases.

- Experience in workflow/process design and automation.

- Robust understanding of integration patterns and enterprise application architecture.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience leading a BPM development team is preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience with IBM BPM / BAW or other BPM platforms.

- Knowledge of microservices and cloud technologies.

- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.

- Banking/Financial Services domain experience is an advantage.
