Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the workers' hostel and ensure proper discipline.
- Monitor room allocation, occupancy, shifting, and accommodation arrangements for workers.
- Maintain accurate records of employees staying in the hostel, including check-in and check-out details.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, drinking water, electricity, and other basic facilities are maintained.
- Monitor hostel rules and take immediate action on unauthorized room sharing, visitors, alcohol consumption, and other violations.
- Coordinate with HR & Admin regarding new joiner accommodation, room requirements, complaints, and employee movements.




- Maintain and monitor hostel assets such as beds, cots, mattresses, pillows, fans, lights, and other facilities.
- Conduct regular hostel inspections and report maintenance, safety, security, and facility issues to the concerned department.
- Handle workers' hostel complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain hostel registers, stock records, incident reports, and daily accommodation status and submit reports to HR/Admin.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
