Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BOM Engineer with hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM, EBOM, MBOM, ECN/ECR management, and Creo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing engineering and manufacturing BOMs while ensuring product data accuracy and smooth change management processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and update Engineering BOM (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) in Teamcenter.

- Manage and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).

- Ensure BOM structure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with engineering standards.

- Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams for BOM releases and updates.

- Support product lifecycle management activities using Teamcenter PLM.

- Work closely with design engineers to validate CAD structures and BOM alignment.

- Perform BOM comparison, reconciliation, and configuration management activities.

- Create and maintain product structures, part classifications, and document relationships.





- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in BOM governance and change management processes.

- Support new product development and engineering change implementation activities.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Teamcenter PLM.

- Hands-on experience with EBOM, MBOM, ECN, and ECR processes.

- Proficiency in Creo for product structure and CAD data management.

- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts.

- Experience in BOM creation, validation, and release management.

- Knowledge of engineering documentation and configuration management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

- Experience in Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Aerospace, or Manufacturing domains.

- Knowledge of change management and product configuration processes.
